Fourz Lowveld Properties established in 2016 with a fresh approach to target our local Lowveld market. We are a local brand that understands the trends of our client's immediate Residential property needs. Our mission is to become one of the leading agencies in the Nelspruit and surrounding areas, and that our referrals will be our highest goal as this is the biggest compliment an agent can receive.

Lucille Van Oene, Director at Fourz Lowveld Properties, after 23 years of working for various national and international real estate franchises, decided to start her own brand which focuses on the local Lowveld market. She felt that the buyer and seller wanted to work with a local brand that understands the trends in their immediate town.

The journey was challenging as it required pure hard work and dedication to create brand awareness in between so many well-known brands in the market.

It was a humble beginning for Lucille, operating from a small bedroom in her house with another agent. Nevertheless, the brand started establishing itself in the market and the team of two agents suddenly grew to eight agents. Our offices relocated to 18 Murray street, Nelspruit.
